Professional History:

Began mediating cases in 2003, with over 500 cases mediated to date.

Created and taught a 3-hour basic mediation course, including lesson plans and scenarios, for use by interested Program Leaders and Directors in Pro-Youth HEART's afterschool program, Visalia, 2007/2008.

Created and taught a Peer mediation program, including lesson plans and scenarios, for use by upper elementary school children in Pro-Youth HEART's afterschool program at Washington Elementary, Visalia, 2008.

Prepared and taught a course in Peer mediation, including lesson plans and scenarios, for new Program Leaders in summer training, to utilize as part of Pro-Youth HEART's afterschool program, Visalia, 2008.

Past member of ATLA, CAALA, LACBA and SCMA. Currently a member of Tulare County Bar Association and Sequoia Community Mediation Center. Currently own and operate a Bed and Breakfast.

After passing the California Bar in 1997, practiced law for the next 9 years in Beverly Hills, the San Fernando Valley, and South Bay areas concentrating in plaintiff personal injury. I also enjoyed working in insurance bad faith, family law, breach of contract and general civil matters before focusing solely on mediation.

CFO for entertainment corporation, from 1999 to 2004. Counsel for entertainment corporation, from 1999 to 2006.

Litigation secretary/paralegal for 8 years.

Professional performing musician and music teacher for 18 years.
